  • Select materials and product specifications
  • Present concept to client for review/approval

IMPLEMENT

  • Prepare construction drawings and specifications of approved design
  • Obtain required permits/approvals
  • Prepare and distribute tender documents
  • Coordinate with other consultants/trades as necessary
  • Review contractor schedule
  • Discuss project & costs
  • Conduct site inspections
  • Issue necessary project management documents
  • Track FF&E orders
  • Coordinate installations
  • Conduct final walkthrough
  • Client follow up

I will inspect your home over a two-hour period, assessing its curb appeal and conducting a room-by-room analysis for lighting, colour solutions, repair/maintenance improvements, traffic flow, existing furniture and accessory implementation, and de-personalization for the universal market. The following day, you will receive a detailed report outlining strategies for improving your home’s potential value.

Partial Merchandising Implementation

IMPLEMENT
$400.00

Over a one-day period, with your help both in advance and during the process, I will convert your existing home as outlined in the report by de-cluttering, de-personalizing, rearranging furniture and accessories, and helping to merchandise.
