Cassandra Richardson is a registered interior designer located in York Region, who has worked with residential, corporate and retail spaces for over 15 years. Her success has been established through hard work and the ability to communicate with clients and tradespeople alike. Her drive to create livable, workable, and functional spaces that reflect her clients' needs, values and budget produces the ultimate in interior design.
Cassandra's design approach is flexible enough to suit her clients' diverse needs and lifestyles. While she is passionate about urban contemporary and eclectic design, she recognizes that style is innately personal and subjective. The result of her overall design is always a collaboration between the client and the designer. This is why CR Interior Designs executes the three stage design approach: LISTEN, DESIGN, and IMPLEMENT. This approach ensures that the clients lifestyle requirements are considered from conceptualization to completion. Attention to detail and a thorough design process are what CR Interior Designs brings to every project.
Established in 2007, CR Interior Designs holds the philosophy that the spaces it creates must embody the client’s lifestyle, be it traditional, contemporary, or eclectic, and that it must utilize a sustainable approach. Cassandra views conserving the environment and promoting the use of sustainable products and procedures in the design process as necessary both for her clients’ well-being and for global viability.
Cassandra is a graduate of the accredited Interior Design program at Ryerson University, a registered ARIDO (Association of Interior Designers of Ontario) member, a member of IDC (Interior Designers of Canada), and is qualified under NCIDQ (National Council of Interior Designers Qualifications). In accordance with the most current provincial regulations (Bill 124), she is also registered with the Ontario Ministry of Housing and Municipal affairs in all building classifications.
